Hello

What OPGC is all about

Growing . . . gardens, friendships and community. We learn from and help each other through every season.

Our Mission Statement

•To stimulate interest in gardening while encouraging friendship within our community

•To share gardening experiences and creative ideas for the enjoyment of our members

•To promote horticultural enrichment programs, thereby encouraging enhancement to our homes and gardens while preserving the natural beauty of Ocean Pines

•To conserve our natural resources and protect our environment by encouraging the use of native plant materials and environmentally safe gardening products

Our Story

Since 1976, like-minded gardeners have been gathering to explore the challenges and rewards of growing gardens in the Ocean Pines area. The years have been filled with laughter, field trips, gifts to the community, contests, multitudes of meeting presenters, but most of all - deep friendships. Let's grow together.
